Our accountant from Markham, Ontario introduced us to her friends in Maple Ridge who highly recommended Sue Galway as a realtor. 
We contacted Sue and, after speaking with her, decided she was a good fit.  Sue sent us potentials to view from Ontario but none appealed enough to steer us away from our long-term plan to move out here and then physically see what was available.  
After viewing several homes and none being what we wanted, Sue and Anny dropped flyers in desirable areas in Maple Ridge.  They received a response from a man who was renovating a rancher.  He agreed to the price.  To our surprise, he even allowed us to choose some of the finishings. 
We so appreciated Sue and Anny persisting and being tenacious in finding something suitable for us.  Dealing with Sue throughout this entire process was a pleasure.  She was always calm, direct and, in so doing, kept us calm as well.  After every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed, all went according to plan.  Thank you for being there for us throughout the entire process, Sue.
